Meet Our Founders
A dedicated team united by lived experience and professional expertise, driven to make a real difference in the lives of autistic and ADHD adults.
Joy - CQC Registered Manager, OFSTED Registered Manager
I am a Registered Manager and Registered Social Worker with an academic foundation in psychology (BSc) and a Master’s degree in Social Work Practice. I have extensive experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and adults across education, healthcare, and community mental health services. My career has included working in SEN schools, digital healthcare, and NHS adult community mental health teams, as well as supporting emotional regulation within school-based CAMHS services. Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience of supporting a close family member with autism and learning disabilities and friends with their mental health, which deeply shapes my passion for creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments where individuals can thrive. Through KAC Care, I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support and addressing gaps in the community by providing high-quality supported living, children’s residential care, and domiciliary care services.
Chioma - Service Development Lead
I am an experienced Project Manager with a professional background working across reputable global organisations. My expertise includes risk analysis, governance, compliance, and the delivery of complex projects to a high standard. I am now focused on the growth and development of KAC Care, where my motivation is strongly rooted in lived experience of supporting a close family member with autism and learning disabilities. This personal connection informs my commitment to building safe, sustainable, and high-quality care services that genuinely improve the lives of vulnerable children, young people, and adults.
Joseph - Technology & IT Lead
I am a qualified data scientist and software engineer with a strong academic foundation in Computer Science and extensive experience in coding, digital systems, and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence. As IT Systems Manager, I oversee the development and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth running of systems while supporting digital innovation within the organisation. My passion for this work is deeply personal, shaped by lived experience of supporting a close family member with autism and learning disabilities. This drives my commitment to using technology in ethical and meaningful ways to improve accessibility, strengthen care environments, and create better outcomes for vulnerable individuals and their families.
